Touch & Geaux

Touch & Geaux - Abigail Roux Okay I enjoyed Touch & Geaux after being slightly disappointed by Stars & Stripes. My previous issue with Stars & Stripes was that the book felt rushed and there wasn't enough action for my liking. There was action aplenty in Touch & Geaux.

What did I like?

The last sex scene
Badass Zane
Tender Ty
Action and Angst
Better writing than the last outing.
Cliffhanger ending. Leave us dangling for a year, but I'm sure a superior, written product will be the end result.

What didn't I like?

Too much coincidence. It felt like Roux was trying to tie up loose ends, so often you had to suspend belief.
How was Ty still working after all the injuries he sustained? How was this possible? I'm still a bit baffled by that.
Angry sex. Hated it. I hate it in novel. It. Is. Not. Okay. Sure Zane was pissed, but that is no excuse in my book.

All in all a wonderful addition to the series. Kind of makes me wish that Stars and Stripes was the last book in the series though, as I now think the series is starting to have enough books in it and the ideas are starting to dry up.
